It turns out the my drivers side front wheel has a camber of -1.9 degrees which is out of spec (specs say -0.8 to -0.1 degrees is in range).Īlso my Cross Camber is -1.3 degrees when it should be between -0.5 and +0.5 degrees. I have sport package and 17" wheels and I got the alignment done with a full tank of gas + weights in the car (150 lbs driver + 150 lbs passenger + 150 lbs rear center + 46 lbs trunk). I was told that I need a special tool to adjust the camber in the front wheels, does anyone know where I can purchase that part? How much it costs? How long it will take to get it? Is there an alternate/simple work around to adjusting the camber rather then getting this tool? I just became an owner of a CPO 335xi and I wanted to get my wheel alignment done at my local Firestone after installing a new set of Conti's SSR's. I'm actually coming over from the DSM world (I still have a '92 Eclipse GSX with 250k miles on it and it still runs like a champ).
